KHANEWAL: The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) team, Khanewal, got information that three ex-terrorists belonging to proscribed organisation Tehreek Taliban Pakistan were present at Jahanian Road, Khanewal.
These terrorists were planning to attack sensitive installations in Khanewal.
On this information, the CTD team raided the place and arrested terrorists namely Shakir Ullah, Musab Zubair, Asif Nadeem and explosive material including six hand grenades, reciept books of TTP and collected funds for terrorism financing were recovered from them.
They have made important disclosures regarding program of terrorist organisation in this region. Raids are being conducted to arrest their accomplices.
Investigation has been started and FIR of the incident is being lodged at PS CTD, Multan.
