SUKKUR: An elderly motorcyclist aged 50, was killed after an over speeding passenger van hit his motorcycle here at National Highway.
According to eye witnesses, a reckless driven passenger van bearing registration number R2707 knocked a motorcycle at National Highway in tehsil Pannu Aqil of Sukkur.

The 50-year-old motorcyclist identified as tailor Shehzad s/o Mirza Khan Khalidi was killed on the spot in the accident and van driver fled the scene.
The body was shifted to hospital where it was handed over to heirs after legal formalities.
The police impounded the van and after registering a case against driver at large started raids for his arrest.
