LAHORE: Punjab Minister for Information Syed Sumsam Ali Bukhari has said that the reason behind recent hue and cry of the opposition is putting them accountable for their misdeeds of the last ten years.
In a statement issued here on Tuesday, Sumsam Bukhari questioned that why the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) reminded of holding workers convention after coming into opposition.
He alleged the PML-N of formulating a policy in order to create political anarchy in the country. However, the People of Pakistan will not come on the roads so as to safeguard someone’s corruption, he added.
The Provincial Minister said that the PML-N has nothing in its agenda except being opposed to the judiciary and the army. Services of international firms have been availed in order to defame national institutions, he added.
PML-N was indulged into telling “pack of lies” in order to save their corruption, he said and added that if their collective corruption of the past ten years comes to light then their previous corruption will be dwindled. He said that Punjab had become a hub of corruption and ghost projects.
Sumsam Bukhari further said that the PML-N has to be answerable for Sasti Roti, Aashiyana Housing, Laptop and Metro projects. The ultimate godfather of 56 companies had done massive corruption, he stated.
The Punjab Information Minister said that PML-N did not even spare sports from corruption. Whosoever committed corruption will have to accountable for it, he concluded.
