Maryam Nawaz remanded in NAB custody till August 21

LAHORE: An National Accountability Court on Friday remanded Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) Vice President Maryam Nawaz into NAB’s custody till August 21 in Chaudhry Sugar Mills case.

National Accountability Bureau (NAB) produced Maryam Nawaz and her cousin Yousaf Abbas before judge of the court in connection with the Chaudhry Sugar Mills case.

During the hearing NAB had sought a 15-day physical remand for the two but both were remanded for 12 days.

 

NAB arrested Maryam Nawaz and her cousin Yousaf Abbas on Thursday in the case. (INP/LK)
