ISLAMABAD: Minister for Communications, Abdul Aleem Khan on Tuesday vowed to work for the progress and prosperity of Gilgit-Baltistan.
Talking to Gilgit Baltistan’s former cabinet members in Islamabad, he underscored the massive tourism potential of the region. He stated Gilgit-Baltistan will be turned into “the Switzerland of Pakistan,” Radio Pakistan reported.

Besides, the minister also welcomed former Governor Raja Adil, former Chief Minister Haji Gulbar Khan and other former ministers upon their joining the Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party.
