Actress Hareem Farooq shares her filmy take on true love

Pakistani actress Hareem Farooq has opened up about her romantic side, sharing her desire for a storybook-style love filled with grand gestures and heartfelt devotion.

In a recent interview, Hareem Farooq described herself as a deeply romantic person with a love for classic romance films. “I am very filmy. I want a prince to come and take me on a buggy,” she said, adding that she strongly believes in grand gestures of love.

Hareem revealed that she is a big fan of iconic romantic movies, including Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Dil To Pagal Hai, and Titanic. She shared that she has watched Titanic multiple times and feels deeply connected to stories where love involves sacrifice and emotional growth.

Her definition of true love Speaking about relationships, the actress said that if someone is willing to fight for you and change themselves, it is a sign of genuine love. “If a person fights with others for you and changes himself, it means that he really loves you,” she explained.

When asked about heartbreak, Hareem admitted she has experienced it. She said the pain initially felt overwhelming.

“Yes, when the heart breaks, it feels like the world will end. I felt the same for about a month,” she said, adding that she later shifted her mindset and reminded herself that life goes on.
