ISLAMABAD: Alkhidmat Foundation Central Punjab and Punjab Bait-ul-Maal have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to create employment opportunities for the unemployed.
Foundation’s Senior Vice President Syed Ehsan Ullah Waqas and Chairman Punjab Bait-ul-Maal Malik Muhammad Azam represented their respective organizations at the signing ceremony at Alkhidmat Complex.
Under the agreement, both organizations will work together to create employment opportunities for deserving and needy people.
It is noteworthy they have jointly run various projects in the past, including providing sewing machines to widows and deserving women and wheelchairs for people with disabilities.
Ehsan Ullah Waqas, Senior Vice President of Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan, said that Alkhidmat is active in the field of service across the country irrespective of race, color and religion and the organizations working for the welfare of the people are welcome to come together.
