KARACHI: Another incident of doctors’ negligence reported as woman died on Thursday after allegedly being administered with the ‘wrong injection’.
According to details, the 40-year-old Saima was feeling pain in her stomach and was taken to a private hospital in Korangi-Zaman Town, Karachi, by her relatives.
After examining the patient, the doctor allegedly administered her with the ‘wrong injection’, which caused her death on 27th June, Thursday.
In the past few months, many lives of adults and minors have been lost due to the negligence of doctors in Karachi, the case of 9-month-old Nishwa gaining major prominence, after she died due to a ‘wrong injection’.
Saima’s family demanded the police to take action against the hospital management. (With additional input from INP)
