LAHORE Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has said that the attractive historical buildings of the government will be utilized for promoting tourism and best utilizations of government assets would be ensured.
He said that opening of rest houses for public is an exemplary step of the provincial government.
In a statement on Sunday, Usman Buzdar said that the people would be benefitted from the best boarding and lodging facilities in these rest houses. He said that promotion of tourism is basic entity of our economic policy and new tourist resorts will be developed under comprehensive tourism policy in Punjab.
The program of providing all facilities at tourist spots is being implemented and promotion of tourism will create job opportunities, he added.
Earlier, talking to a delegation Usman Buzdar said that our economic situation will be changed if the looted money comes back. Hard time is about to pass and economic discipline will bring stability, he added.
The Chief Minister further stated that we will bring positive and long term effect in lives of common man and people with less income will be included in the circle of economic development.
