SHEIKHUPURA: Blind murder case was resolved by Police and father of deceased teenage girl killed for honour, arrested.
SHO Afzal Dogar, body of 15-year-old Mehwish, a student of grade IV was recovered near Khanpur Canal some eight days earlier and the police of deceased have got registered a case at Shahdara police station that his daughter who was mentally retarded was missing.
Following the clues of blind murder, the police over suspicion arrested father of Mehwish who during admitted that he killed daughter for honour as he was suspicious about her character and threw her body near Khanpur Canal.
A case was registered against the murderer and investigation was in progress.
