MANSEHRA: A 10 years old child has been tortured and molested by religious seminary teacher. The gory incident took place in the jurisdiction of Phalra police station in district Mansehra.
Medical report confirmed that victim child was brutally tortured and molested multiple times. First information report of the tragic incident was registered at the police station. According to police, they are trying to arrest the accused named Maulvi Shams ud Din who allegedly committed the crime.

The child was shifted to Ayub Medical Complex in Abbotabad for treatment in serious condition.
