Commendable Role Of Malaysian Law Enforcement Agencies

Japan is a peace-loving country where the crime rate is almost zero.  Japanese have access to every facility in the world so that they hardly face poverty or other basic problems.

Advertisment

Japan does not interfere in the internal affairs of any country and no country or terrorist organization conspires or speaks against Japan. But since Japan joined the G7 countries, it has been showing a lot of solidarity with these countries.

Recently, the Japanese government warned its citizens in Southeast Asia to restrict their movement as it is feared that Japanese citizens in Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Singapore, and Myanmar could be targeted by a terrorist organization.

Perhaps Japan does not know that the thinking of the intelligence agencies of Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore starts where the thinking of the intelligence agencies ends. The Japanese intelligence agency is assisted by intelligence agencies from the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and European countries.

Instead of collecting information on its own, Japan often processes information from US, British, European, or Canadian intelligence agencies. In the past, while covering war and terror issues, I have met with some officers of the Japanese intelligence agency.

I think Japan should do its own research in practice instead of following the advice or information of other countries’ intelligence agencies. I have been living in Malaysia for almost ten years.

I found the Malaysian police force and intelligence agencies highly alert, well-informed, more vigilant, and fast. Currently, the law and order situation in Malaysia is much better than in Europe, UK, and United States. There is no question that a terrorist organization or criminal elements can easily target a foreign national in Malaysia.

Malaysia’s security forces are always on the lookout. If the Malaysian police and intelligence agencies are capable of counting birds, then the warning issued by the Japanese government to its citizens in Southeast Asia should not mention Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand at least. Because the security forces of these countries are playing their best role in maintaining law and order.

Of course, this is possible in Myanmar and the Philippines because the law and order situation in both countries is poor and many foreign nationals have been targeted by terrorists in the past. If there was a threat in Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand, the United States, Britain, Europe, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand would instruct their citizens to be careful before Japan.

But it seems that behind the instructions issued by the Japanese government to its citizens is the hand of a third force that wants to run with a gun on Japan’s shoulder. The Japanese government should not act as a bulwark for any country, nor should it issue such a warning at anyone’s request.

Because a few elements do not see peace in the countries of SouthEast Asia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore, due to which a conspiracy is being hatched to make the country suspicious by issuing such reports. So far no mother in the world has given birth to such a child to look down on a peace-loving country like Malaysia.
