Conspiracy theories hover all around the media and it can attract millions of people instantly before it can be censored or officially published by the news.
People blamed (WHO) World Health Organization and declared it as an ‘infodemic’ for dissipating inaccurate information about the virus.
The coronavirus according to the analysis and research has dissipated from Wuhan, China. But this epidemic has given rise to society’s belief about several conspiracy theories, which are deceiving people and putting their lives in threat.
Right now China is retaining its conflicts with the US. They are imposing that the virus existed and spread from the US. Zhao Lijian emphasized without any testimony that last year in October, the US sent their confidential spies in China and spread the virus among the people of Wuhan. But the US is blaming it all on China with justifications, explanations, and evidence which couldn’t be untrue, according to every study.
People have been in stress for so long, they can’t function or understand right. After all the fear and concerns about the toxic virus, people are speculating conspiracy theories that are disturbing to the whole public.
In Pakistan, people are believing that the virus can be a maneuver of the US in other countries to control the population. According to another theory, the entire COVID-19 crisis is a myth, and earlier it was shown in the movie named ‘Contagion’ that was released in the USA in 2011. The movie showed an exact resemblance to the coronavirus which has spread like a deadly virus.
Pakistani public believes that the people who died from natural deaths are also being labelled as corona patients, to spread more uncertainty among the public. Theories are heightening gradually, few are asserting that the government is dissipating the notion to get donations from the world.
Some conspiracy theories implicate that the doctors and hospitals are behind exterminating the patients to raise their profits. Businesses profiting by selling Rs. 5 masks for Rs. 1500 has made people think that the whole world is acting like the virus doesn’t exist and it is a maneuver of fellow neighborhood countries which are attempting to increase their profits and businesses.
Suppose that it is a collusion of the US, then why would the US aggravate its economy? Why does the state desire to endure this only to indicate it’s supremacy in different countries? Educated people have also fallen into disbelief because of these conspiracy theories, which can result in a massive crisis. COVID-19 must have been predicted earlier but the conspiracy theories can be disordering with the psyches and temperaments of people.
COVID-19 conspiracy theorists are still getting millions of views on YouTube, even as the agenda cracks down on health misinformation. The business is accumulating for theorists who are circulating untrue knowledge, which can lead people into belief.
