ISLAMABAD: Coronavirus pandemic death toll reaches to 135, while the country-wide confirmed COVID-19 infections reached to 7,027 on Friday after new infections were confirmed from all over Pakistan.

Meanwhile, Karachi Police arrested 331 people for violating the lockdown in the metropolis, said the spokesperson of the city’s police.
The spokesperson added that 85 cases have been registered for violation of section 144, while 78 rickshaws and 83 motorcycles were seized by the city cops.
Prime Minister Office on Friday issued directives to the chief secretaries of the provinces for giving guidelines to the departments and management officials regarding the Corona Tiger Force.
In a letter, the bureaucrats were told that the tiger force will be deployed as soon as the directives are issued by PM Imran Khan. It added that provincial governments should ready the forces and put them on standby.
