Coronavirus Second Wave: Punjab tops 4,000 deaths; 58 new deaths, 2,475 cases reported

ISLAMABAD: Punjab crossed 4,000 mark of coronavirus pandemic deaths across the province while 58 fatalities were reported during last 24 hours besides 2,475 people were tested positive.
Like entire world Pakistan is also under threat of Coronavirus Variant as people coming from Britain were found positive of this verion of deadly virus.
During last 24 hours COVID-19 claimed 58 more lives across the Pakistan while 2,475 people were tested positive to coronavirus pandemic.
2,475 new coronavirus epidemic infections were reported in last 24 hours and 58 new deaths have been confirmed on Thursday. With 2,475 new infections reported in the country the toll surged to 479,715 cases and with 58 more deaths the toll of fatalities jumped to 10,105 deaths on Thursday.

Wednesday confirmed the death of 58 more people during last 24 hours besies reported that 2,475 persons tested positive for COVID-19.
Sindh with 214,425 overall COVID-19 cases remains the worst-hit province by the pandemic in terms of cases followed by Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan. Punjab has overtaken Sindh in most number of casualties.
So far 214,425 coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Sindh, 137,949 in Punjab 58,379 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 37,702 in Islamabad, 18,148 in Balochistan, 8,256 in Azad Kashmir and 4,856 in Gilgit-Baltistan.
Nationwide tally of fatalities remains 10,105 out of that 4,013 individuals have lost their lives to the epidemic in Punjab 3,533 in Sindh, 1,638 in Khyber
Pakhtunkhwa, 416 in Islamabad, 221 in Azad Kashmir, 183 in Balochistan, and 101 in Gilgit Baltistan.
Pakistan has so far conducted 6,696,068 coronavirus tests and 39,695 in the last 24 hours. 435,073 coronavirus patients have recovered in the country whereas 2,206 patients are in critical condition.
