Court bars NAB from arresting Amir Muqam

PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Thursday stopped the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) from arresting Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa President Amir Muqam in assets beyond means case.

The PHC has also extended Amir Muqam’s bail before arrest till September 3.

The PHC issued the restraining order on a bail petition filed by Amir Muqam who is a former federal minister and once served as an advisor to the prime minister.
