ISLAMABAD: COVID-19 claimed 69 more lives besides 2,769 more people contracted the coronavirus in the country during last 24 hours.
With 69 more COVID-19 fatalities reported in the country the death toll surged to 5,266, and with 2,769 new infections confirmed nation-wide the toll of infections jumped to 251,625.
The National Command and Operation Center (NCOC), has confirmed 251,625 coronavirus infections in the country as well as it reported 5,266 deaths due to COVID-19.
According to latest figure displayed on National Coronavirus Dashboard of NCOC on July 13, Monday 12:30pm, the province-wise break up after confirming the toll of 251,625 infections show that Sindh has become the worst-hit province by the pandemic in terms of confirmed infections, the toll surged to 105,533 infectons followed by Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Islamabad.
Sindh as worst hit province crossed the 100,000 mark of infections and is at top of the unfortunate table of COVID-19 infections with toll of 105,533 infections across the province and Punjab is still at second position with 87,043 confirmed infections. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa also crossed reached to 30,486 infections of COVID-19 across the province. Islamabad Capital Territory reached to 14,108 infections, while Balochistan jumped to 11,185 infections. Gilgit Baltistan reached to 1,671 and Azad Jammu Kashmir 1,599 infections.
Pakistan has conducted 1,585,170 coronavirus tests nation-wide out of which 22,532 during last 24 hours. 161,917 coronavirus patients have recovered in the country whereas many are in critical condition. Coronavirus epidemic patients are under treatment at quarantine centers of 462 hospitals where 7,295 beds are available.

Punjab is at top of the list of confirmed deaths with 2,013 while Sindh with 1,795 deaths at number two. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa death toll surged to 1099, Balochistan 126, Gilgit-Baltistan 36, Islamabad Capital Territory 153 and AJK 44.
