LAHORE: Former student Environmental Sciences, International Islamic University, and Quaid e Azam University Islamabad, daughter of Director Public Relations Government of Punjab, Pakistan Hamid Javaid Awan, Dr. Naima Hamid had achieved Phd degree in Environmental Science and Engineering from Chongqing Institute of Green and Intelligent Technology (CIGIT), University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS).
She had completed her research work under the supervision of subject specialist and renowned scientist, Director of Environment and Health department Professor Dr. Desheng Pei.
Her quality research and high impact publications had been approved by the examiners and environmental experts. The topic of research was based on the combined Toxicogenetic implications of plastics and emerging pollutants.
