ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has taken notice of DSP’s participation in a political event after Okara Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Meher Yusuf participated in the Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) supremo cake-cutting ceremony in Okara.
The ECP summoned DSP Dec 26 over an alleged violation of the code of conduct. The ECP said to respond to the notice immediately and over participation in the Okara political rally otherwise action will be taken against him.

It was reported by media that the DSP cut the birthday cake of PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif in the ceremony.
