MALAKAND: Unidentified terrorists martyred personnel of Frontier Constabulary (FC) when he was returning home after offering prayers from a mosque.
According to Levies, Attaullah Jan was on leave and on the day of the incident he was ambushed when he was returning home from a mosque.
On information, police and law enforcement personnel reached the crime scene and started investigation. A search operation has been launched to track down the militants.
Meanwhile, Police claimed to have rescued two abductees from the robbers of Katcha area of Shikarpur.
The rescued abductees indentified as Dr Hafeezullah and Ali Gul were kidnapped by eight bandits for ransom.
According to Shikarpur SSP, a targetted operation was carried out in Gajeeka police jurisdiction and after a successful operation they were rescued, adding police will continue operation in Katcha area to eliminate the robbers.
