KARACHI: Fire erupted on the first floor of the National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases in Karachi Saturday morning.
The fire department reached the site immediately and the blaze has been extinguished. No loss of life has been reported.

A security guard who rescued people from the scene sustained some burns, according to the hospital administration.
It is not yet clear what caused the fire.
