CHINIOT: At least five people were killed and another injured in separate incidents of road mishaps and electrocution in different areas of Chiniot.
According to details, an over speeding dumper knocked down a motorcycle at Chiniot-Sargodha Road bypass resultantly Khizar Hayar was killed on the spot while Zameer ul Hassan was injured.
A man identified as Ahmad Raheem 67, was crushed to death by crossing Chiniot Road near Pathankot. Driver sped the scene.
An over speeding motorcycle hit a bicycle at Dawar Road killing bicyclist Majid on the spot.
Seema Bibi was electrocuted to death when she touched the naked wire which switching on electric fan in Dawar Colony, Chenab Nagar Sahiwal Road.
In Chak No. 468, one-year-old Muhammad Ahmad son of Ijaz was electrocuted to death when he stepped over live naked wife of electric fan.
