The stage secretary for the event was Mohammad Shakeel Chaudhry, a teacher at the institute. All staff and students eagerly participated in the event.

The ceremony began with the recitation of the Holy Quran by Nematullah Khan, a student of class 5. Naat-e-Rasool was recited by Zia Naseer, a student of class 7.
Ziarab Hussain, Nouman Waheed and other staff members spoke about the importance of freedom at the ceremony.

The principal of the institute, Sikander Hussain, highlighted the importance of freedom and told the children that creation Pakistan is a great blessing from Allah. He said that the Muslims of the subcontinent made numerous sacrifices to achieve Pakistan.
The principal paid tribute to the great leadership of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, Allama Iqbal and others leaders of that era whose tireless leadership made creation of Pakistan possible for us.
The ceremony concluded with prayer led by Sajid Hussain Shah for the prosperity, security, and development of the country.
