HARNAI (Balochistan): Mine explosion caused a tragic scene in Harnai district of Balochistan as a mine collapsed following an explosion, leaving eighteen miners trapped underground.
Rescue efforts were swiftly initiated to rescue the trapped miners from the perilous depths of the collapsed mine.
Chief Inspector Mines Balochistan, Abdul Ghani, revealed that the mine collapse occurred in the Zard Alu area of Harnai, initially trapping ten miners due to gas accumulation.
Presently, 18 miners remain trapped inside the mine, prompting the dispatch of two rescue teams from Shahrigh and Quetta to aid in the rescue mission. Despite concerted efforts, the trapped miners have yet to be evacuated.
