Customer service excellence has always been and will always be one of the critical competitive advantages for any business. The key to advertising successfully is to generate promising leads in exchange for the money you spend to do so. It helps offer a message that not only hit your target customers, but also show cases the value you can offer them.

Take television, for example, in general, TV will be your most expensive option but targeting based on programming instead of channel or networks that is, placing ads on “Cooking with Joy” versus a campaign on a cooking network offers a more specific outlet for your resources. Radio also allows you to selectively target formats and programming and even in large metro areas, you can often score inexpensive sponsorship of weather or traffic reports.

And though newspaper subscriber-ship has dwindled in recent years, depending on your market, they are still a worthy option for attracting new customers. If your target market is, say people aged 55 or older consumers, still rely on them for information. Even older people are increasingly turning to the web marking.

It’s a definite jumping off point for any advertising strategy. To tap into this medium, your first step is to establish a web presence if you do not have one already. Then depending on your target customer, consumer at large or other business, pick your web channel. Linked in for instance, is a mainstay among businesses, CEO’s and other owners and entrepreneur, while Facebook remain wildly popular among consumers.

“You are serving a customer, not a life sentence. Learn how to enjoy your work,” Laurie McIntosh.

They might attach a gift voucher or other discount offer for your product at the end of one of a newsletter or mailing. Examples of this include a high end hair salon and a high end car dealership or an attorney and an accountant.

To draw in another business, offer to pay for the business owner commission on any sale. It just shows ways to attract customers. First decide which age or gender group you are targeting. Then what medium should you choose; TV or newspaper etc. Secondly, we can work with same firm and target the audience in effective an efficient way.

“Your most unhappy customers are your greatest source of learning.”, Bill Gates.

Know your business inside and outside thoroughly understanding your industry and having a firm knowledge of your product or service is critical to be able to attract interested clients. The people who would be interesting in your offerings can see how knowledgeable you are.

In other words, we should know everything about our product so that we can convince people to try our product, persuade them to become our customers. Your best bet for reaching out and touching customers is to use tactics to encourage them to complete a specific action, such as opt into your email list or request more information.

“Customers don’t expect you to be perfect. They do expect you to fix things when they go wrong,” Donald Porter.

Create messages directed at your target market. This means keeping direct contact with your potential customers give them something to do, a reason to try your product.
