LAHORE: Punjab Information Minister Fayyaz-ul-Hassan Chohan Friday said Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar is thoroughly monitoring the motorway rape incident.
The Minister informed that a high-level committee headed by Law Minister Raja Basharat is investigating the matter.

The information minister said, “Additional Chief Secretary (Home), Additional IG Special Branch, Forensic Department, CIA and other departments are completely cooperating in the interrogation.
“Conventional and latest methods are being used to nab the suspects who will be given exemplary punishments by the Punjab government. The entire nation is in grief over the occurrence.”
