RAIPUR: Indian forces’ personnel have killed three more youth in the violence-hit Bijapur district of Chhattisgarh state.
The reports said that Indian paramilitary and police personnel killed the three youth during a search operation in Pujari Kanker forest area of Bijapur district of the state.
Three Naxalites were gunned down in an exchange of fire with paramilitary forces in a dense forest in Bijapur district bordering Telangana, claimed a senior police official. A search operation is still underway in the area, he added.
Earlier this week, at least 13 Naxalites including three women were killed during a violent operation by Indian forces in the same Bijapur district of Chhattisgarh.
