ISLAMABAD: The Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah on Wednesday approved to provide security to Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Vice President Maryam Nawaz, considering the security threats.
The PMLN Vice President has been given VIP security on the recommendation of the Threat Assessment Committee of the Interior Ministry.
According to the documents, along with the police, rangers personnel will also be in charge of Maryam Nawaz’s security. While in Islamabad, Maryam Nawaz will always have the security of federal police and rangers.
In addition, relevant police security will be provided in other provinces and districts.Security will also be provided at Maryam Nawaz’s residences.
