LAHORE: Jamiat Ulema-e Islam (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazalur Rehman on Tuesday made a telephonic call to the president of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Shehbaz Sharif and inquired about the health of his brother and former prime minister Nawaz Sharif.
According to the JUI-F spokesperson, Maulana Fazal expressed concerns over the health conditions of the Nawaz Sharif and prayed for immediate recovery to good health.
The JUI-F chief directed the workers of the party to pray for the health of the PML-N leader and demanded the government should provide the best available medical facilities to ailing former prime minister.
Fazal urged the government all the medical check-up and tests should be conducted on the will of the family and his personal physician should be given access to him as soon as possible.
Shehbaz Sharif visits hospital to inquire about Nawaz’s health
Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif visited the Services Hospital on Tuesday to inquire about party supremo and elder brother Nawaz Sharif’s health.
Shehbaz Sharif also held consultations with doctors regarding the former prime minister’s health. (With additional input from INP)
