ISLAMABAD: In a bid to give voice to their protest against Indian repression Kashmiris on both sides of divide, Pakistan and world over are marking Indian Republic Day (January 26) as Black Day.
According to details Kashmiris are observing the so-called Indian Republic Day as Black Day to shake the world conscience and give voice to their protest against Indian onslaught.
The day is being marked as an annual event that serves as a reminder of India’s ongoing unlawful occupation of Jammu and Kashmir and their denial of the Kashmiri people’s internationally recognized right to self-determination for the past 76 years.
The Kashmiri population, united in their hatred towards India, has been marking all of India’s national days as black days to protest against the continued subjugation and brutalities inflicted by Indian occupying forces.
Kashmir people and fredom loving people across the globe are holdng seminars, protest rallies and demonstrations across Azad Jammu & Kashmir, with the main rally taking place in the state’s capital city. Political leaders and representatives from various organizations will lead the protets, expressing solidarity with people of Indian Occupied Kashmir in their struggle for freedom and self-determination
