HAROONABAD: Labourer tortured to death by some merciless culprits and injured his wife over financial dispute here.
According to details, Ghulam Rasool hailing from village 110/6-R of Haroonabad had acquired Rs100,000 loan from the culprits against which he and his family were serving for them.
After finishing of the agreement, Ghulam Rasool, the illfated labourer refused to continue serving for them further over which culprits Umsan, Abdul Rauf, Hamayun and Imran got furious and they brutally tortured the labouer and his wife Mumtaz Bibi injuring them critically.
The injured were shifted to Bahawalpur Victoria Hospital where Ghulam Rasool succumbed to his wounds.
The Fariqwali police after registering a case against the culprits involved in torture have started investigation.
