SHEIKHUPURA: Unidentified armed men gunned down a landowner, his two employees including a woman and fled the scene in Sheikhupura on Saturday.
According to details, landowner Ahmad was present at his ‘Dera’ along with his two employees including a woman in Tibba Rehmat Khan at Lahore Road in Sheikhupura where unknown gunmen sprayed bullets at them.
As a result of firing Ahmed, Niaz and Sharifan Bibi were killed on the spot and the attackers fled the scene after committing triple murder.
The bodies were shifted to hospital where they were handed over to heirs after postmortem.
Police said that the incident seems to be outcome of personal enmity. However, a case has been registered against unidentified culprits and investigation was underway.
