LAHORE: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA), during its ongoing crackdown against illegal constructions/commercial activities, demolished various properties besides sealing many in the provincial capital.
Under the directives of Commissioner Lahore and LDA Director General Muhammad Ali Randhawa, LDA teams conducted operations in Johar Town, Pine Avenue, Lahore Avenue and adjoining areas.
During the operation, LDA teams demolished and removed numerous illegal constructions/commercial properties, taking down signboards as well.
The operation was conducted under the supervision of Operation Chief Town Planner II Azhar Ali.
Furthermore, the staff of Zone Two Town Planning took action against defaulters of commercialization fees in Sabzazar and over 15 properties were sealed.
