RAWALPINDI: Major Syed Rab Nawaz Tariq of the Pakistan Army was martyred in a fierce exchange of fire with terrorist while forces in Balochistan operation have killed three Fitna-ul-Hindustan terrorists.
According to a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the operation was conducted in the Awaran district of Balochistan based on intelligence inputs. The ISPR confirmed that three Indian-backed terrorists were killed during the operation.
The statement added that Major Syed Rab Nawaz Tariq, 34, from Muzaffarabad, was martyred while leading troops in a fierce exchange of fire with the terrorists.
Major Tariq bravely confronted the terrorists and sacrificed his life for the country.
The ISPR stated that security forces remain determined to eradicate the terrorists of Fitna-ul-Hindustan and that all terrorists and their facilitators will be brought to justice.
