FAISALABAD: A man tortured his teenage daughter to death and injured his wife for honor and escaped the scene, Faisalabad Police reported.
Police said that accused Papoo hailing from Gulshan e Rehman Tandlianwala was suspicious about character of his daughter.
The culprits brutally tortured his daughter Ume Kulsoom 18, and wife Farzana 40, with batons.
As a result of torture, the teenage girl was killed on the spot, her mother was injured and accused fled the scene.
The body and injured were shifted to hospital for medico-legal formalities where condition of the wounded woman was also stated to be critical.
The police after registering a case against the accused started raids for his arrest.
