LAHORE: A motorcyclist was killed by unknown assailants at Kahna Kacha Chowk of Lahore on Thursday, Lahore Police reported.
A person identified as Akbar Ali of Batapur was shot dead by some inknown assailants at Kahna Kacha Chowk. He was rushed for medical aid but succumbed to his wounds at a nearby hospital. The indiscriminate firing also damaged glass of a nearby shop.

Forensic teams lifted necessary evidence from the crime scene and shifted the body for autopsy. The motive for the shooting and the identity of the suspects are still under investigation.
