KARACHI: Seabird Private Limited and Pakistan Single Window (PSW) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on strategic partnership builds on three years of successful collaboration.

The PSW is a revolutionary platform of the Government of Pakistan that brings together various government departments and stakeholders to facilitate trade and customs processes. Seabird has provided state-of-the-art customer support solutions through this partnership, which provide better service delivery and business process guidance to PSW customers.
Seabird will manage complaints and queries through various customer support channels such as phone, email, and social media under this partnership.
With the help of advanced CRM systems, automated call handling, and advanced tools like Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), and Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Seabird will further enhance PSW’s services and streamline operations.
Seabird supports not only PSW’s core platform but also projects like the Women Entrepreneurship Program (WEP) and Port Community System (PCS), which help in developing women’s entrepreneurial skills and improving port logistics.
At the event, senior officials from Seabird and PSW emphasized on innovation, customer satisfaction, and operational standards.
