LONDON: Former prime minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif on Wednesday left for Harley Street clinic for a medical check-up in London.
The sons of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) chief, Hassan and Hussain Nawaz, and his personal physician Dr Adnan were accompanying him. His various medical tests – including blood, sugar levels, heart, and kidneys were conducted.
According to Dr. Adnan, the condition of Nawaz Sharif has improved. “After we get hands on his reports, it will be decided whether Nawaz Sharif should be transferred to the United States for treatment or not”, he added.

Shehbaz Sharif told media that Nawaz Sharif has arrived in London because of the nation’s prayers. Hussain Nawaz expressed that they will refrain from saying anything political as the former premier’s treatment is their foremost priority.
Former Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif arrived straight from the Heathrow Airport last night at the Avenfield Apartments, where workers welcomed him. Sharif family and people were also present at the airport.
Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif is staying at the Sharif family’s apartment in Avenfield after reaching London and his personal physician Dr. Adnan is accompanying him.
Nawaz Sharif – along with younger brother Shehbaz – had on November 19 arrived at London’s Heathrow Airport in an air ambulance where he was welcomed by his son Hassan Nawaz, other family members and friends. (With additional input from INP)
