SAHIWAL: The Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) public rally scheduled for January 17, will now be held here on 27th. This was announced at a PML-N divisional meeting chaired by the party’s Punjab senior vice president Malik Nadeen Kamran, held at his residence.
The PDM central leadership, at a meeting held at Jati Umra last Friday, had decided the opposition alliance would hold a power show here on January 17th.
As per a source privy to the meeting, Kamran said the PDM rally would be addressed by all the main leaders of the alliance, including Maulana Fazlur Rehman, Maryam Nawaz and Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari.
PDM local leadership said the workers were ready to welcome their leaders to a “historic” show.
