LAHORE: Vice Chairperson Punjab Overseas Pakistanis Commission Chaudhry Waseem Akhtar has said that resolution of the complaints of Pakistani expatriates is his top priority and his doors are open for their assistance round-the-clock.
Vice Chairperson OPC expressed these views while talking to Chairman Bait-ul-Maal Punjab Malik Azam who called on him.
He said that our overseas Pakistanis are an asset to this nation who sends billions of foreign exchanges and support the economy of this country. Resolution of their problems is the least that we can do for them.
Ch. Waseem Akhtar said that overseas Pakistanis have always remembered and supported their underprivileged Pakistani brothers in hours of need and their contributions in natural calamities and in this pandemic of COVID-19 cannot be forgotten.
On the occasion, Chairman Bait-ul-Maal Punjab Malik Azam briefed the Vice Chairperson OPC regarding initiatives to give relief to Overseas Pakistanis.
