ISLAMABAD: Novel coronavirus is moving upwards with serious concerns as during last 24 hours it has claimed eight (8) more lives across Pakistan while 761 more people were contracted by the deadly virus
According to the latest figures issued by the National Institute of Health (NIH) 761 new COVID-19 cases were reported and eight more people have lost their lives.
Pakistan has reported eight deaths in the last 24 hours that took the overall toll of fatalities to 30,482 and during last 24 hours 761 more people were tested positive taking the overall toll of positive cases to 1,552,632.
Pakistan has conducted 20,843 tests in the past 24 hours out of which 761 persons were tested positive for the disease. The COVID Positivity Ratio was recorded at 3.65 per cent.
