ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Interior, Sheikh Rashid Ahmed has termed the announcement of PDM to hold inflation-march on Pakistan Day as extremely irresponsible and immoral.
Talking to twitter on Monday, he said that on March 23, armed forces of Pakistan stage a national parade which is attended by citizens, ambassadors and various delegates.
Sheikh Rashid said that Islamabad was on high alert for the parade, adding that some roads were closed two or three days in advance in order to prepare.
The Interior Minister said that announcing a march at such a time was not a sign of goodwill towards the country. He also advised the PDM to move the demonstration to April.
