GUJRAT: A poverty stricken person axed to death his four children including daughters here on Friday, police said.
INP news agency reported that man hailing from suburbs of Gujrat city was facing severe problems in accomplishing the domestic needs of his children due to poverty and no source of income. Disappointed over the situation, the merciless father axed to death his three daughters and a son.

An environment of grief and fear prevailed in the area due to murder of four children by their own father. The deceased children were laid to rest at local graveyard and a large number of people attended their funeral prayers.
The police arrested the murderer father and after registering a case against him started an investigation. (INP)
