ISLAMABAD: The Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences (SAAS), China, has formally invited Basharat Mahmood, a distinguished faculty member from the University of Poonch, Rawalakot, to participate in an international training workshop on Fungiculture (Edible and Medicinal Mushroom Production Technology).
The workshop is scheduled from October 14th to November 2nd, and will bring together experts from over 20 countries worldwide.
Mahmood’s selection is a notable achievement for the Department of Plant Pathology at the University of Poonch, highlighting the department’s growing prominence in agricultural research.
