ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan (SCP) has disposed of 257 cases (excluding CMAs) during September 25, to September 30, 2023 while 204 new cases have been instituted during the period.
The Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Qazi Faez Isa and the Judges of the Apex Court remained committed to accelerate disposal of the cases and diminish the backlog.

The SCP Judges continued to hear the cases with the aim to minimize the backlog and provide relief to the litigants. — (INP)
