ISLAMABAD: The Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan cancelled Licences of Non-profit Companies.
According to the Press release issued by SECP, In its drive against non-compliant companies,Licences of 13 non-profit companies cancelled according to section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017.

Moreover, this action taken after companies failed in filing of accounts and annual returns.
The issued press release guides that those Companies had to follow the rules according to Law for the renewal of Cancelled Licences.
