Senator Graham, COAS deliberate on regional security

ISLAMABAD: Senator Lindsey Graham on Monday called on Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa at General Headquarters in Rawalpindi.

According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) matters pertaining to regional security and Afghan peace process were discussed.

On the occasion, the US Senator lauded Pakistan’s efforts for war on terror.

Earlier, Prime Minister Imran Khan also held an important meeting with United States representative.

Senator Lindsey Graham had arrived at the PAF Base Nur Khan, Rawalpindi via special plane and then reached Islamabad with a four-member delegation.

US Ambassador to Pakistan Paul Jones and Foreign Office officials welcomed the representatives upon their arrival in Pakistan.
