Shehbaz Sharif Pens Letters to China, Turkey’s President on Kashmir

LAHORE: Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif penned down the letters to China and Turkey’s presidents – Xi Jinping and Recep Tayyip Erdogan  over Kashmir conflict.

Shehbaz, in his letters, thanked Jinping and Erdogan for their support on Kashmir and proving themselves to be the trustworthy friends of Pakistan.

In his letter to the Chinese President, the opposition leader said, “China rightly named its friendships with Pakistan as ‘Iron Brothers’.”

“I strongly believed that China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) will bring the good news in the entire region,” the letter read.

In a letter to Erdogan, it was stated that: “Turkey’s support on Kashmir is the evidence of its brotherly relation with Pakistan.”
