The Sindh government has announced a public holiday on December 27 to commemorate the 18th death anniversary of former prime minister Benazir Bhutto
According to a notification, all provincial government offices, autonomous and semi-autonomous bodies, corporations and local councils in Sindh will remain closed on December 27 except the essential services.
The province will also observe another public holiday earlier in the week. December 25, which coincides with Christmas, marks the birth anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah. Government offices across Sindh will remain closed to honor the nation’s founder.
