SUKKUR: Dr Falk Naz Miano, daughter of a retired professor Noor Muhammad Miano of Agricultural University Tando Jam, who had gone to a Chinese university three years ago on scholarship for her PhD, has married her Chinese teacher Dr Xinchao.
The Nikah ceremony was held at a local hotel where the other events of the marriage were performed according to the local Sindhi culture. The groom, Dr Xinchao, is also accompanied with his parents.

Dr Falak Naz is the first Sindhi girl to marry a Chinese. She did her Masters in crop production from Agricultural University Jamshoro and later got enrolled at a Chinese university for PhD. The couple would return to China after staying for a week in Hyderabad. (With additional input from INP)
